I trained with Monte Johnson of Creative Bodies LLC for a period of 6 months. For health reasons I was determined to start an intensive work out program and needed a personal trainer to motivate me. Monte certainly fit the bill! He was very supportive and instantly recognized what I needed to do to achieve my goals.

I had always enjoyed running until a year or so ago when my knee began to hurt when I ran or put any pressure on it. I began working with Monte and he helped me understand the root of my knee pain. He taught me exercises to eliminate the pain. After a few months, I was back to running regularly. I was even able to run another 8K this past summer. I not only beat my best time, but I completed it completely pain free!

When I started working out with Monte a year ago, I had chronic pain from sciatica in my left leg and was frustrated at having to curtail my exercising. After working out with Monte twice a week for a year, my leg is pain free and I have resumed running, and more importantly I have learned exercises to keep it that way!
